Outreach

The Outreach Coordinator, Rona Mackinnon, provides support to people in their own homes and local communities. Rona supports people to plan and organise their lives, helping with person-centred planning, advocacy, advice and general support.

People using the outreach service can get support with housing, care packages, getting out and about in the local community, socialising, health visits, social work visits, benefits issues, communication and practical independent living skills.
